Our countryside setting offers far-reaching views of the Lakeland Fells and the Pennine escarpment.

 

We’re located on the outskirts of the market town Penrith – commonly referred to as the gateway to the Lakes – with Lake Ullswater just 5 miles away and the rest of the Lakes easily accessible. The beautiful Eden Valley is also just a 10 minute drive away, whilst Carlisle and the Scottish border are just a little further afield.
